Bordo Mavi was born from a simple idea, to bring the soul of Turkey’s Black Sea coast to Dubai. Led by celebrated fishmonger Ersan Yılmaz, who began his craft at age nine on the docks of Trabzon, our kitchen honours a centuries‑old tradition of coastal cooking.
